Gearing up for the Podcast

Excited to finally be getting a break from a crazy work schedule to work on Fat Ass To Fit, The Podcast and more. I will be setting up a Podcast Studio at my place to do this right. I am totally stoked to do this. I have had some stuggles with poor scheduling with work, and have now taken control of that schedule to make getting in shape a priority. Tomorrow, April 17th is one month before my Birthday. I can lose weight rather quickly and will do just that. Help my out Group, get on my ass and remind me, encourage me, to do this.
