The rest of the site is pretty good fro those who want more of a powerlifting view on gym than a bodybuilding one.

Crossfit

I've been doing Crossfit once a week for the past month - it is brutal, but fun.  I go to a gym where they do it so it doesn't always follow the WOD (workout of the day) exactly but the principle is the same.  It's good to do it with others - if you have to do ten rounds of ten pull-ups it is nice to have a spotter for assisted pull-ups!

mapmyride.com

If you are a runner or cyclist, then mapmyride.com is a great site.  If you have an iPhone, then the iMapMyRide app is awesome.  It will give you your ride route, stats on the ride (distance, kcal burned, time) and an elevation chart so you can see average grade, etc.  Pretty cool.

T-Nation

www.t-nation.com

I am a fan of Eric Cressey and Mike Robertson's work and they write articles for T-Nation as well as their own books/DVDs. Think of the as injury prevention/rehab specialists when it comes to lifting.

Both of them tend to title their articles with the wordk "Rules" in them so you can find their articles by using that word in the T-Nation seach engine.

Not Cressey or Roberston but I finished reading these two articles today:

T-Nation

Hi all, in response to Doo, T-nation is a great site for information, it's what I previously used daily. It has a very open and honest view on the extremities of the fitness world. It is however very 'hardcore', you need to be very careful about what is said in the forum as people are very ready to cut you down and take the p*ss.Hi all, in response to Doo, T-nation is a great site for information, it's what I previously used daily.
