&lt;p&gt;I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread where we can all post our pics or link there to in one centralised area.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Same Here</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am still at it.&amp;nbsp; Lifting more, and recently started cycling again (as in 2 days ago).&amp;nbsp; I have put a couple of pounds back on, but I'm not worried about that because I've been lifting more (and hard).&amp;nbsp; Had my BF tested at the gym and it was the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I'm still trying but kind of fell down a little so no new pics. Back on track now and it seems that I am starting to lose some fat around my waist. Probably due to increased outdoor activity.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>New Pics</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I posted new pics yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Looks like I've put a little body fat back on since my vacation.&amp;nbsp; Abs look a little better but my back doesn't look quite as good IMO.&amp;nbsp; This was my first week back into serious lifting, so I expect over the next few weeks things will start to change pretty significantly.&amp;nbsp; But I am 40 now so maybe not. :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I know what you mean about pics making you want to quit when &lt;em&gt;you&lt;/em&gt; can't see the result of your hard work. I was starting to see a difference between my earliest and latest pics. We'll see how that turns out later this week after I see what happened over the weekend with eating too much. I did work a lot outside and burned calories but not sure if I had a net calorie deficit.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Im gonna start taking my pics a different way doing them myself with my laptop so i can see&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;as there getting taken i hate the other ones and they depress me so they will look different so im kinda starting from scratch lol cos hate&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the way someone takes them for me anyway dont mind if this isnt fare so i dont win the challenge this is just gonnahelp me cos the&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have a 3 day weekend that should give me the opportunity to put up new pics. Took BF measurements this morning using 3 sites and multiple readings and got 15%. I think that is more reasonably correct over previous 14% once you look at my last set of pics. Although I think I look higher than 15%, I have less subcutaneous fat on chest and thigh relative to abdomen. I seem to always carry more fat than most guys around the abdomen. All the ab work I have done seems to have magnified the fat around my middle. I need to get rid of it!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Interesting</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Interestingly, my upper body tape measurements were the same...but my thighs and calves were bigger.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And my skinfold measurements were lower.&amp;nbsp; Human error no doubt. :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>
