    <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi all, first post in the group even though ive been in it for a while ;D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, so I started the couch to 5k running plan thing 6 weeks ago, but now I find my knees are always sore at the beginning of my joggin sessions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You think I need to build up the muscles more, stretch better or what?&lt;/p&gt;
