      <description>&lt;p&gt;well, I'm not a typical case. but if you have the money to do it, do it: have a personal trainer and schedule appointments three times a week during your finals or papers. paying money to see this person is motivation enough to come and its a nice break from the computer/books, not to mention a healthy form of stress relief. other than that, its very difficult to find the motivation to come to the gym on your own when you're supposed to be studying!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
