Often times, I find myself developing one part of my body without the other and I find myself unbalanced. But the key is developing a routine to follow. This routine is developed by consistency and also accountability. This is a 90 day challenge to help us to develop a routine that will then become a daily lifestyle of worship and exercise. So, let's begin our 90 day journey together beginning June 15th! Pick your workout routine that is most comfortable for you and try a challenge on the site that will challenge you to lose weight, gain weight, tone, etc. And a verse and commentary for the day will be posted in the forum.
