Running with the dog

Subject Description

Our German Shepherd is my usual running partner - as I am a bit “slow” for my wife at the moment, as she has been running regularly for a couple years now.  I use the Buddy System Leash when I run, and it truly is a terrific hands free leash system for running with your mutt… plus it has a shock cord connection that virtually eliminates any jerky movements.

Our dog was easy to train for running, and he has a pace which matches mine quite well.  It truly is a great “motivator” to get me out there - and the added bonus is he gets tired out so I can relax and read a book later on…
