Subject Description
Hello Coaster Friends! My name is Clint Novak and I am a fat coaster geek! This past weekend I had to take the walk of shame because I no longer can fit on Volcano at Kings Dominion. I also know I cant fit on Superman at SFA. Its time to get in to shape.
I currently weight 300lbs and need to get that under control. Today is day one for me and I am going to try to shoot for 230. That is the weight I have to get down to if I want to jump out of plains again!
