protein

I didn't scroll down far enough and did the first calculation which gave me 191g of protein. Are you kidding me? After scrolling down, I recalculated and I only need 39.6g. I'm going to change my protein goals because I'm struggling to meet my current 90g

Protein

I dont' know what calculation they are using, but I am working towards my Bachelor's in nutrition:Dietetics and all the recommendations for normal, healthy people is 0.8 per kg of body weight. The exception is post surgery, burn patients and people doing extreme training-I'm talking serious athletes and olympians here.

I did that wrong

DIVIDE your body weight in pounds by 2.2. Then multiply it by 0.8. Math has never been my strong suit!

Protein suggestion

You can change the amount of protein required in your nutrition settings. You need to consume 0.8g of protein for every kg of body weight. Take your weight in pounds, multiply it by 2.2 and multiply that by 0.8 to find out how many grams of protein you really need. then give yourself a 10% leeway up and down. This will make it easier to meet your protein goals.
