What motivates you to work out when you really don't want to? I know that when it's cold outside I have a really hard time getting to the gym because I hate the distance between my front door and the car! Once I'm there, it's fine-it's just getting my butt out the door that is the challenge!

what motivates me?

This site and success. Ive tried this type of thing before, i even did the bodybugg program (thats a little device you wear on your arm that monitors the actual calories burned by your movement, body temperature, etc. It was accurate, but i had a really hard time meeting my calorie goals, even when i was working out more. This time for whatever reason, im doing much better, without the bug. I think i used to watch the bug, and always try to eat more when i worked out more, or was more active during the day. Now since i dont really know how many calories i burned at work walking around versus sitting at my desk, thats bonus calories for me, as im still trying to hit a static calorie goal.

Theres also nothing better than having to start pulling up your jeans because they slide down your hips.... hopefully my curves will start coming back properly and they wont slide down anymore... Wish me luck during holiday parties this sat and next sat....

Clothes shopping

That really works for me too. We had a trip to Vegas planned for last month-it was planned for at least 6 months and then we had to cancel because we couldn't afford the trip. BUT it worked out great because for about 3 months I window shopped all these great clothes that I envisioned a smaller, toner me wearing in Vegas and although I didn't buy anything I got to envision myself looking fantastic in them! What a motivator!

I think I am most motivated by clothes shopping. It makes me want to work harder so that i can get the cute clothes AND look cute in them... :cD
