Subject Description

I have a sugar sensitivity, and a recent trip home (draaaaaaaaama) made me go off the rails and comfort eat with lotsa carbs (2 am bowls of muesli started it, somehow now cereal is a trigger food - ate a whole box of Kashi GoLean today!).

I need to get back to my old healthy ways where I was 15 lbs lighter and running and strength training....I need to find my groove again.

Instead I'm thinking of vegan cookies & cupcakes, fries, cereal, and anything with sugar.

I want to feel powerful strong & in control, instead of tired, lethargic and off kilter.

I did it before, how do I do it again?

Fage greek yogurt (high protein, from 15 - 20 grams) with fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc) is a great sweet creamy treat...satisfies my ice cream cravings.


Clif builder Protein bars are sweet but healthy with a good amount of protein to fill you up.
