Subject Description

Hi, im currently weighing in at around 86 kg, I have bulky physique, but alot of fat.

At the moment im able to bench around 80kg, so im not weak when it comes to the gym. However, I feel as if i could improve my Diet or weight routine further.

Im trying to consume around 5 meals a day containing 400 calories each meal.
However I am unsure on what to eat?

I guess what im asking is meal ideas, simple and tasty things that will hit about 400 calories, with a Carb/protien/fat content of say 3/2/1?

400 Calorie diet!

That is a great plan to do!  It is really more about portion size!  Extra Large Boiled shrimp and cocktail sauce is less than 400, like way less for one serving of each.  I have a couple of food recipies that you might like. 

Breakfast:

 

Ham and Cheese Breakfast Melt

1 light whole grain english muffin split

1 slice (1 ounce) lean, low-sodium ham or lean canadian bacon

2 egg whites

1 slice low- or reduced-fat cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste.

 

per serving: 230 calories, 25g protien, 25g carbs, 6g sugar, 6g fat, 2g saturated, 20mg cholesterol, 8g fiber, 570mg sodium.
