Subject Description

Does anyone use HIIT ( high intensity intermittent training)  I started doing it last Friday I started off doing 8 sets of 1 minute jump roping and 30 second rest to a set. I then did it on Saturday 10 sets of Biking. They are very intense. Has anyone had any fat lose success by doing this type of training?
