    <description>&lt;p&gt;Does anyone use HIIT ( high intensity intermittent training)&amp;nbsp; I started doing it last Friday I started off doing 8 sets of 1 minute jump roping and 30 second rest to a set. I then did it on Saturday 10 sets of Biking. They are very intense. Has anyone had any fat lose success by doing this type of training?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
