      <title>Podrunner Intervals</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hey, I just joined this group and I wanted to let you know about an awesome 5K training program.&amp;nbsp; If you have iTunes, there is an awesome podcast called Podrunner (which has fast tempo music for an hour).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Podrunner then created Podrunner: Intervals for interval training.&amp;nbsp; The first set is First Day to 5K.&amp;nbsp; They have just completed Gateway to 8K and began Freeway to 10K.&amp;nbsp; The music keeps you going, allows you to do intervals (they indicate when to run and when to walk) and are really encouraging.&amp;nbsp; I highly recommend them.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
