Lite Cream!

Hi Girls

Meadow Fresh has a lite cream!  I just made fettuccine with it, and it tasted just like full fat.  It contains 67% less fat than standard cream.  Seemed to take a bit longer to thicken, but none of us could taste any difference at all .... so I rate it more than the carnation stuff.
