      <title>Newbie #2</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Well they say there's strength in numbers.&amp;nbsp; I too am new to Daily Burn but not new to technology/exercise mix.&amp;nbsp; I've tried 4 different programs out there and this one seems easiest to use.&amp;nbsp; I've been walking/running since October with the Nike + iPod software on my iTouch.&amp;nbsp; It's been really great.&amp;nbsp; But I still need something to take me to that effective point of actually losing significant weight.&amp;nbsp; I've always been good at the exercise but lousy at the diet side of fitness.&amp;nbsp; I'll keep looking for tips and such but for now it's good to know there are other newbies out there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
