resistance bands are a must have for me. You can do so many exercises with it, and you really feel your muscles working if you do the exercises correctly. I also love my stability ball.
My husband introduced me to kettlebells when we 1st met, and I was hooked. I HATED lifting weights, but the compound kettlebell movements make my workout more enjoyable. Plus, they make for a great workout!
Hey, I don't use any equipment at home... i have a few weights and a rope, but wii balance board would be "the thing", 'cause you will be burning without even notice.
ive got some of the equipment mentioned I was thinking of adding a medicine ball, also anyone have links to good resistance band exercises, i only know about 2 and would like to vary it up a bit.
