I'm just wondering what kind of equipment do you have and what's the routines that works the best for you.

My Gym
I really enjoy working out at home because I can listen to my music and not have to change my routine because someone is camping out on the equipment I want to use. Up until recently I was working out with a smith machine. I sold it and bought a selectorize machine to speed things up because there are only 24 hours in a day. I try to start the day off with some cardio on the treadmill. Then when I get home from work I lift my weights. The type of routine that seems to work the best for me is a 3 day split. I'm doing an Upper/Lower/Ab split. Each workout has 6 exercises and are done in antagonistic supersets. I can have my whole workout done in around a half an hour. So in total, I exercise for roughly an hour.
