Subject Description
I was wondering what people consume in regard to their work out. have been drinking EAS Advant Edge Soy Protein shakes. it has:
- 170 calories
- 20 g of total carbs
- 17 g of sugar
- 1.5 g of total fat
- 20 g of protein
