Subject Description

I was wondering what people consume in regard to their work out.  have been drinking EAS Advant Edge Soy Protein shakes.  it has: 

  • 170 calories
  • 20 g of total carbs 
  • 17 g of sugar 
  • 1.5 g of total fat
  • 20 g of protein

it tastes good and isn't heavy.  I've also been drinking 3 liters of water a day.  that was hard to do at first, but it was what I found I needed for my level of activity.  If you want to check out this website you can find what you might need...www.hydracoach.com/calculation/index.html

I also like to take a One Source Pure Performance Multivitamin.  It has all I need.

SO does anyone else have food drink or vitamin they want to brag up?  or one that you dislike?

High Protein Content

I personally choose foods that have a high protein content while keeping the calories low.

 

I typically divide the protein grams by the total number of calories I tend to go for .2grams of protein per calorie consumed.

 

Nutrilite has the best products. 1 serving of protein powder has 45 calories and 10grams of protein. That is really good.

 

I also take their Rhodiola 110 vitamin for physical and mental performance. One pill before a strenuous workout is all I need to get that extra boost. It's all natural and all around great!!
