      <title>High Protein Content</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I personally choose foods that have a high protein content while keeping the calories low.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I typically divide the protein grams by the total number of calories I tend to go for .2grams of protein per calorie consumed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nutrilite has the best products. 1 serving of protein powder has 45 calories and 10grams of protein. That is really good.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I also take their Rhodiola 110 vitamin for physical and mental performance. One pill before a strenuous workout is all I need to get that extra boost. It's all natural and all around great!!&lt;/p&gt;
