Looking for specific motivators - with the same interests!

Subject Description

Being in my mid-forties has sparked an awareness to take better care of my body. My fitness goal is to achieve a healthier balance in life and regain optimal fitness levels. I’ve started a Natural Bodybuilding, Rowing and Mountain Running fitness routine which has become my new, permanent lifestyle. The body building part is easy, as I have always enjoyed it, it’s the aerobic activities which are a bit more challenging – particularly running.

I have been consistently working with a personal trainer for the past four months and have religiously stuck to a 45 minute high intensity bodybuilding routine for four days a week – every week! I have put on about fifteen pounds+ of lean muscle and it feels great. NOW I need to lower my body fat percentage, so I’m stepping things up for the New Year and adding an intense cardio workout to the mix…

I’ve started Mountain Running and absolutely love it. Mountain running, also known as fell running and hill running, is the sport of running and racing off road, over upland country where the gradient climbed is a significant component of the difficulty. Since I live in what many consider some of the world’s best mountain ranges, this is an ideal sport for me. I reside next door to the Beaufort Mountain Range which is absolutely perfect for this sport.

Trying to maintain a balance between an efficient weight lifting routine; maintaining a muscle building diet that is organic based; and seeing a steady progression with my mountain running speed and endurance is quite a challenge.

I’m looking for motivators who are into both Natural BodyBuilding and Running.
