Give it a listen.  We discuss how to caluclate your BMR & determining how many calories you need to eat to lose to a healthy weight. 

 

Remember, never eat below your BMR.  Aim to lose an average of 1-2 pounds/week. Typically, the faster you lose, the fast you gain it back.
