Basically, it is an intermediate 3 day whole body program where you do 5x5 on Day 1, 3x3 on Day 2 and 1x5 PR attempts (or 8x3/10x2 speed sets) on Day 3. Instead of adding 5lb per workout, you are trying to add 5 lb per week.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
