&lt;p&gt;I think I like your idea of only posting here regarding the use of this site. Keep other discussions on StrongLifts forum. The email notification on posts here and on StrongLifts seems to be pretty good. Lots of emails though.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;he's put a bit of effort into it, but I for one aren't about to join two gyminee groups (one is pretty quiet as it is) on top of the stronglifts forum.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;personally, I'm happy to keep the bulk of my posting to the stronglifts forum, and only use&amp;nbsp;this one&amp;nbsp;to check up on you&amp;nbsp;fellas progress and discuss the details of using this site.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
