Subject Description
Let's get this group going again. Undoubtedly there are hundreds of people who have trouble gaining muscle mass. I am one of those people. I've recently dedicated my nutrition and exercise methods to gaining weight the right way. I eat healthy, and enjoy my food. I refuse to settle. I work out hard 3-4 days a week and eat the food that helps me recover and build muscle.
I get a mountain of helpful information from the Men's Health Big Book of Nutritioin and Big Book of Exercise. I highly recommend these two books.
So let's get moving people. What's your story? What's your motivation? How do you eat and exercise? There's only one way to gain muscle, and that's to get up off your butt and just do it. If you want a motivator, add me and I'll help you.
