Hi

I'm Diane from Princeton, NJ- age 26. I'm trying to gain 10 lbs, have been the same weight for the past seven years, and just started using DB a few days ago. I'm mostly looking for motivation and tips to maybe gain some muscle mass. I saw the post about 6-7 meals per day and tried it. It's really hard to eat 3000 calories in one day. However, I need to balance out the 1200 calories I burn daily through exercise.

10 lbs is a good goal to start out with. I know its tough to eat so many calories a day, and expensive, but after a while you'll figure out ways to meet your daily goals. The most important thing to do is never quit!

Thanks. It's taking few days for my body to get used to eating 500 extra calories/day. I'm slowly getting used to the new diet and had to reduce my exercise until my body gets adjusted to the extra food. "The most important thing to do is never quit!"- It's also the easiest thing to do. I'm trying the Explosive Power Training Plan and hopefully will be able to stick with it for the full month.

Hey guys!

Seems like I`m getting back in the game now.

Jumping on Paleo diet with beans/lentils for a few months onwards. Will use hemp protein additionally.

MY goal is to reach 17 pounds within 3 months. And 10 pounds within 2 months.

I am strongly focusing on my muscle memory working (I have used it with big gains before), as well as a broad spectrum of amino-acids and vitamins.

I will only go to the gym 2 times per week for 30 minute sessions, focusing on eating, sleep and recovery.

I need someone to keep me accountable (keep eachother accountable). If any of you are interested in chatting a little and sharing results some days a week. Let me know!
