I've just started doing the beginners program this week. My current stats as of this week are:

Squat: 105kg

Benchpress: 60kg

Deadlift: 102.5kg

I'm feeling really strong after just a week of doing this and get a really good pump from my trips to the gym. I'm trying to clean up my diet as well to maximise progress.
