      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've just started doing the beginners program this week. My current stats as of this week are:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Squat: 105kg&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Benchpress: 60kg&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Deadlift: 102.5kg&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm feeling really strong after just a week of doing this and get a really good pump from my trips to the gym. I'm trying to clean up my diet as well to maximise progress.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
