      <title>Don't Give Up</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;My husband and I just started P90x classic too! We have found it really challenging and difficult on some days (for example, I am not a cardio person, because about 1/2 through any of the cardio DVD's especially plyometrics, I am ready to die, but on the other hand I love yoga and he finds it impossible to do!) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Just dont give up. It can be hard, but from what I have seen, the results are really worth it, and you feel 100x's better afterwards, you actually feel like you are strengthening your body! It is a feeling that cannot be beaten! &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Hi everyone!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;So today is day2 of my p90x workout. I am doing the Lean version. I completed core synergyzing on yesterday. Today is Cardio!! I am nervous but I will get through this. My husband is also doing p90x but he is doing the classic version. Hope to hear how it goes from u guys =]&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>oh boy!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Just started - Day 1 done, form is a problem and there were a few times I&amp;nbsp;caught myself huffing and puffing and watching instead of doing the video.&amp;nbsp; I am hoping form and endurance will improve with time.&amp;nbsp; I have been overweight as long as I can remember and I am tired of it, so I am hoping to stick to this.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for the support, good to know others are doing this in their living rooms as well. ;)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Keep Pressing Play</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I just started phase 2 of P90X classic. I am kinda lightweight to begin with, and I would exercise a few times a week. I haven't seen any radical weight loss (thankfully!) but I notice by body composition changing. I'm following the eating plans using the portion control.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is an excellent program. It works as long as you do. It is hard, but just keep your head down and keep pressing play.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>My very first time ;)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;So tomorrow is the big day, starting my very first ever round of P90x. Got all the equipment last week and ready to rock (sweat?). Did the fitness test today and the only thing I failed was the amount of pullups. I could only do two using proper form. Anyway looking for a P90x buddy who is starting tomorrow or has just started.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My stats if you are interested:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Max pullups = 2&lt;br /&gt;Vertical leap = 55cm&lt;br /&gt;pushups = 22&lt;br /&gt;toe touch = +11&lt;br /&gt;wall squat = 104s&lt;br /&gt;Bicep curls = 15 (22.5 lb each)&lt;br /&gt;Ins &amp;amp; Outs = 45&lt;br /&gt;Heart rate maximiser = 186,133,116,106,99&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weight = 104.2 kg&lt;br /&gt;bf = 27.6%&lt;br /&gt;total fat = 28.8&lt;br /&gt;total lbm = 75.44&lt;br /&gt;waist = 103cm&lt;br /&gt;chest = 104cm&lt;br /&gt;Hips = 115cm&lt;br /&gt;Both thighs = 62cm ea.&lt;br /&gt;Both arms = 32cm ea.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Check:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- P90x pullup bar&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Manduka blackmat pro&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Selecttech 552 dumbbells&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Pushup bars&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Healthy meals&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Protein powder&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Starting out too</title>
