Hi Xers!

I'm in week 1 day 6 and really stuggling with getting down to a 50/30/20 ratio.

I'm familiar with the 40/40/20 and can get there, but really have trouble with hunger when I cut more carbs.

Anyone else deal with this...suggestions or had success with higher ration for phase I?

50/30/20 Ratio

It's very tough to hit the Phase 1 ratio AND consume enough calories, no doubt.  Chicken Breasts and Tuna are two good high-protein/Low-Carb options.  Supplementing your diet with a whey-protein based shake can also return your numbers to the desired percentages.

The diet plan that comes with the program is a good start for some tips, but be prepared to tinker.
