Great job! I started P90X Lean 3 weeks ago and that first week just KILLED! But it slowly gets easier and I'm starting to see results which makes it all worth while. Keep it up and I know you'll see results soon too! :)

I'm doing a modified lean because 1. i lost core synergistics (can you buy them separately, this was my favorite) 2. i'm not a big kenpo fan, id rather do an outdoor cardio (run/bike)

I've done the videos off an on before but I just finished 1 week full 6 days and started week 2 today. Hoping I can keep it up!

Back on the wagon!

After never having gotten farther than the 5th week, I'm back on the wagon for P90X. I do enjoy it, think it works well, just for some reason I always seem to sabotage myself once I see progress.

First week was a drop in 7lbs, gotta keep going!

P90X Lean

I did P90x classic about two years ago and lost about 30lbs from 204lbs to 168lbs. I've maintain pretty well since, but have gained back about 10-15. (I guess maybe that's not maintaining too well!) I started P90x Lean on Monday the 4th. I'm on day 3 today and liking it so far. I'll let you know how it goes. My goal is to lose 10-25lbs. (back to my original goal weight of 170lbs.)

Lean P90X

I just atarted this morning. Watched the video last night. I have weak shoulders and a lower back that talks to me. So I had to adjust the routine a bit. I feel like I had a great workout. (I do have a strong exercise addict in me though....she thinks we did not do enough....but we did. It's thanks to her I have weak shoulders and back.LOL)

Where I adjust was on the push up type exercises. Whenever they wanted me to do push ups, I would just hold myself up and engage my core. It work really well. I also did more stretching during the routines then they did.
