ok, i've registered for this one. normally only use an elliptical machine for about a 15min warmup, or else 15-30min cardio burn after weights, but no harm in joining :)
not that i think i'll be too competitive in this challenge, though...i normally only do 15-30 mins as a warmup before other stuff, or else as a quick cardio burn after lifting weights. that's usually long enough to flick through a glossy celebrity gossip mag ;)
