hope this works

ok, i've registered for this one. normally only use an elliptical machine for about a 15min warmup, or else 15-30min cardio burn after weights, but no harm in joining :)

whoops!

turns out that the machine i use is not an elliptical, but a cross-trainer (with the moving arm thingies).

Hey, ubu - I don't think there's a hard and fast rule on this.  An elliptical and a cross trainer seem pretty close!

Yeah, I think I actually use a cross trainer as well. For the purposes of this, we can call them the same.

ok, cool

i'm in, then.

not that i think i'll be too competitive in this challenge, though...i normally only do 15-30 mins as a warmup before other stuff, or else as a quick cardio burn after lifting weights. that's usually long enough to flick through a glossy celebrity gossip mag ;)
