Still in and beginning to hit my stride - I broke down and purchased the Pro plan.

I've also started logging my nutrional intake and  - as others have said - it has made eating well/dieting a whole lot easier.

I'm still getting my tools (body fat calipers by mail! exciting!) and food planning in order...  that doesnt explain why I'm slack at exercising though, huh?

I'm still around... I'm doing my exercise and nutrition tracking with other tools, but following along here with weight updates and dropping by for motivation.

The nutrition log has been more useful than I anticipated.  If only I could stop hitting my limit of stupid, delicious carbs.

Nutritional Log

Just started to get into this. I have logged my food for today (cue frantic googling of how many grammes of protein in a bacon, brie and cranberry sandwich) and need to get some batteries for my scales tomorrow.
