I'm still getting my tools (body fat calipers by mail! exciting!) and food planning in order... that doesnt explain why I'm slack at exercising though, huh?

I'm still in! This has really helped me make exercise more of a priority.
I'm still around... I'm doing my exercise and nutrition tracking with other tools, but following along here with weight updates and dropping by for motivation.
Just started to get into this. I have logged my food for today (cue frantic googling of how many grammes of protein in a bacon, brie and cranberry sandwich) and need to get some batteries for my scales tomorrow.
