    <description>&lt;p&gt;Has anyone tried this game using the balance board. I did an hour on it, worked up a sweat, and I can feel an isometric benefit on my legs. MY legs are very toned as I ride a recumbent bike for about an hour a day, but this really seemed to tweak some muscles that weren't getting much of a workout while riding.....&lt;/p&gt;</description>
