My husband just got me the new Wii Active game. I have only used it twice to exercise, but let me tell you, my legs and butt are SORE!! It doesn't track your weight the way Wii Fit does (you have to enter your weight yourself), but it has a wide variety of exercises and keeps track of the calories you are burning as you work out. Has anyone else used this? If so, what are your thoughts??
I'm a couple of weeks into the the EA Active 30-day challenge. I like it. It's a pretty good total body workout although it is a little weak in the chest and ab areas.
I really like the game. I typically end each session dripping in sweat. I'm looking forward to an expansion pack that may be released around Christmas - it's supposed to include more ab exercises.
