Hello! I am new to dailyburn. I am looking for someone that can help to motivate me and hold me accountable for my actions. I currently weigh in at 222. Not terrible, but I would like to get back to my best weight of 150 again. My current goal is 185lbs. If anyone would like to help me, please let me know. Thanks!

BTW Daily burn has helped me a TON. Check out the calendar feature under locker room to give you a good synopsis of calories/exercise. Their resting metabolic numbers are a little hight though. around 300 cals too high for me.

2nd walk/motivation

I remembmer in July when I would get feverish and dizzy for walking less than 1/4 mile. Keep it up. I know it's not great, but I run 4 miles every other day and have my time down to less than 45 mins for a 5k. Keep it up and it will come.

I would be happy to help motivate you guys. I have dropped from 324 lbs to 188 since March of last year. Prolly did it too fast, but I had to get off diabetic meds. I am sticking to fitness now, and am throwing in weight lifting as well. My next goal is 225 on the bench and preacher curl with 50 lbs on the bar.

Message me or post here if you want/need my input etc. I have studied alot to get where I am.

My body fat% is 21%, I have loose skin though and am not sure how that factors in.

2nd Walk

So, I just took my 2nd walk for my new fitness regime. It was a lot worse than the walk that I did yesterday; and I walked longer yesterday. I only walked a little more than 1/4 of a mile, but man were my calves killing me. I didn't realize how out of shape I was. I use to be able to walk all day before. Just wanted to post an update on my progress. Day 2, 2nd walk.
What a pain, lol.
