I hope someone can give me some ideas of something that can keep me motivated to continue on my weight loss. Also how can I cut down on my carbs. Thanks

Motivation help
I personally keep a photo of myself, at my heaviest, on my fridge. It's a reminder of how far I've come and a place I never want to return to.
As far as low carbs goes, I am actually doing the Slow Carb Diet (SCD) which is part of the 4-hour Body. There is a group on here related to it. You still get to eat carbs but they are slow digesting one like beans and lentils.
