      <title>Motivation help</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I personally keep a photo of myself, at my heaviest, on my fridge. &amp;nbsp;It's a reminder of how far I've come and a place I never want to return to.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As far as low carbs goes, I am actually doing the Slow Carb Diet (SCD) which is part of the 4-hour Body. &amp;nbsp;There is a group on here related to it. You still get to eat carbs but they are slow digesting one like beans and lentils.&lt;/p&gt;
