Subject Description

I joined gyminee in August  217 lbs   buckled down  won a contest and reached 196   now im 230??????    What on earth can i do to stop this madness?

I guess the question is what were you doing differently on the way down vs on the way back up. Do you have a goal weight? What's your motivation?

You need to change habits PERMANENTLY that lead you to good health, not a conserted effort for a short time that then fades away when you stop. If you can work out your motiviation for change it makes it easier to make the permanent lifestyle changes. Good luck
