Whew...
That's a TOUGH one!! Let me know the level of "nagging" you require...cause I can get a bit, zealous!!
Also, as a random side note: I had a Personal Trainer for just a month, and she suggested that once an hour (I set an appointment on my computer calendar) I get up and do something, ANYTHING! So, @ 9am, I would do 10 squats, @ 10am I would do 10 push ups, @ 11am I would do 25 crunches, @ 12pm 10-25 Jumping Jacks, 1pm - 10 Minutes of stretching, 2pm - Plie squats, 3pm - Calf Raises, 4pm - wide Push ups and 5pm - Scissor Jacks. Though, it doesnt matter if you go up and down a flight of stairs or walk around the office a bit...just so long as you are getting up!
It also helps me to be really excited about my food throughout the day. Like, I find certain things that I just LOVE, and then it doesn't really matter what I see online or my co-workers nomming on, I am just super jazzed about that snack that I get in an hour or in the next few minutes.
I don't envy you your position though! That's TOUGH! But, I know you can do it - you are tougher!

Update
I was on a hiatus for a while due to a severe lower back pain. Now that i'm back on track, one of the things that's helping me kill craving, i keep fruit on my desk. Whole fruit. Apple, banana, red plums, pear, orange, etc. I switch it up based on what i'm in the mood for. It's actually helping me eat more fruit and it looks good on my desk. i Also added a desk plant. When i water it, i remember to drink water. And the green color has made me crave spinach a lot.

The fruit bowl Is a great idea, only in my office we have what's called a 'hot desking' environment meaning we don't sit at the same desk everyday. I have a drawer though and it's packed full of high protein snacks and bars and that definatley helps.
