Hi everyone!

You can lose 60 more lbs per year just by changing one thing at your desk job - sitting down. 

If you get a standing desk, or do like I just started doing and just stack some boxes on top of your desk (we have a chill work environment) - You can burn up to 50 more calories per HOUR than you would sitting down. 

People already burn an average of 85 calories per hour just sitting down.  By standing, you up that to 135 - that's 400 extra calories burned PER DAY.  T

hat adds up over the months.  You can burn 5 extra pounds per month and lose 60 extra pounds per year!

This means that if you are gaining 20 pounds a year with your current life style (As I seem to be doing), you can start losing 40 pounds per year just by standing at work.

You'd build great muscle endurance but i very much doubt anybody could easily and without discomfort, do that for more than 2 weeks.
