Office Workers - Needing people to motivate me and get motivated!

I've decided to train to runs 4 or possibly 8 k run in May and I need some pointers, any pointers from people who run. I'm not exactly built for it but I've always felt that the fittest people all seem to be runners. And I want to be the fittest person over ever been.

Anyway, anyone who would like to train with me, be my motivator or just has some advice, please please contact me! Looking forward to hearing from lots of potential friends!

Count me in!

Hey there!

I could use a little encouragement and accountability too. I'm an on-again/off-again runner. Twice now I successfully started and got 3/4 of the way through a "couch to 5k" program with the intent of signing up for a race, only to get pregnant and have to bow out. Well, now my kids are 18 months and four years old and I'm ready to try again (running that is). I plan to get back on the treadmill this week and am signing up for a race on April 21.

We can do this! :)
