hey everybody. i don't know all of you, so i thought (and correct me if i'm wrong) it would nice to give a brief intro. and you can do the same, should you so desire.
i'm nate (natedavidscott on twitter). live in northern VA. main goal in life right now is to become debt free (and not sacrifice my health while doing so). married and 4 kids. you can read more at natedavidscott.com
My name is Pete (transitionpete on Twitter) and I live in Northern VA with my wife, 1 kid, and hopefully an adopted kid by the end of summer. I'm on a quest to lose my moobs (man-boobs) and muffintop (overhang at my waist).
Hi there. I'm Scott (ReadScott.com & twitter.com/readscott) and I've been trying to start losing weight for about two years. Honestly, I haven't been trying very hard.
I hope Gyminee will give me some motivation, or at least the folks on here. Plus, if you've known me very long, you know my affinity for web apps, and Gyminee looks like a fun one to use, which is why I think it'll work this time.
I'm Vera (inko9nito on twitter, inko9nito.com). I was pleasantly surprised to see a twitter group on here! Anyway, I'm a freelance web designer but I also work for my family's web design company, so that's pretty much all I do all day.
I've only been a member for about 4 days but I like the idea of tracking exercises and nutrition online, plus I think the food-tracking actually motivates me to watch what I eat now!
First off, since this is the twitter the group...i've added everyone that has introduced themselves here. secondly, i want to thank Vera, inko9nito, for turning me on to Gyminee.
On to the intro.
My name is carlos (cma3 on twitter / www.cma3.com) i was born and raised in nyc and after 32 years of life i abandoned my place of birth for florida. Talk about culture clash. I am a sysadmin for a large gov't entity in florida. I began my career approx 12 years ago in web developement and had the pleasure of working with several fortune 500's since then. I am married have a 1 year old (next week).
I've been working out on and off since I was 18 years old. Before then I played soccer for 15 years (yes, i started when i was 4). Recently, since the birth on my daughter, I put on alot of weight. So i am slowly but surely making that change. Like Vera mentioned the food tracker is quite the motivational tool. i use it religiously.
thats the gist of it. see you later (and on twitter).
I'm Jordan Lyall (jordanlyall on twitter, http://www.jordanlyall.com). I'm the guy that submitted the Firefox plugin. I'm really getting into Gyminee. I love being able to track my food intake, exercise, and weight goals.
I'm a project manager at an online marketing company and do freelance web design on the side. I like to run and play basketball. I'm closing in on two years of wedded bliss with my wonderful wife Courtney.
hey everyone! my name is aaron bynion (twitter aaronbynion) and i hope to lose about 55lbs or so, and get down to 200lbs. Like the guy above said, Gyminee looks fun to use plus with the motivational help from the community, i think me and all the other users on here can and will meet their particular goals.

Is this limited characters?
I'm jademaid on Twitter. I'm also a member of the Pownce Group here on Gyminee.com. I was just browsing groups tonight and found this one. I'm hoping to find some more support and motivation. :)
I found Gyminee today via Awesomeology.com (a decidedly awesome site), and this group seemed like an obvious one to join. I love the idea of using Twitter as a way to find motivation for living a more active lifestyle!
I'm 22, live in NW Washington, DC, and you all can fine me on Twitter @girlinDC. :)
