Whats your current status at the program ?
Oh dear, week 4 is going to kill me... today its workout 3 of week 4 and I had to abort at set 4... damn !

I have not been following the exercise routine, but rather increasing my reps every few days. I was at 55 two weeks ago, and increased by 5 every few days. Now I'm at 70. This is the beginning of week 4 for me.

I just started this challenge 2 Monday's ago, and completed it this past Monday. I'm going to try for 125 instead.

I guess I'll start at week 3. Did 30 pushups last night.
