      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have not been following the exercise routine, but rather increasing my reps every few days.&amp;nbsp; I was at 55 two weeks ago, and increased by 5 every few days.&amp;nbsp; Now I'm at 70.&amp;nbsp; This is the beginning of week 4 for me.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
