Hey guys, I'm a 20 year old college student trying to lose the freshmen 30 (yes, I'm not kidding..I believe I put on 15 lbs in the first semester and another 15 lbs in the second semester). I'm looking for friends/support group/motivators/motivation to just keep me going even when I get back to school.
it is definitely one of the best years of your life (minus all the studying) but yes, let's stay in touch and try to keep the fat off our bodies haha

you can do it!
I am also a college student and before my senior year in highschool I was 179 and now Im at 145 trying to loose my last 15 pounds. If I can do it you can.... Its all about what you put in your body.. i had no idea how many calories i was intaking.... I used to eat so much crap lol
heyy im going to join you in this! also a 20 year old senior looking to lose 35 pounds... we can do it! i put this post it in my cupboard, so i can see it whenever i go to get food:
I'm also a sophomore in college, Put on the freshmen...eh.. thirty or so. I've tried weight training and I've had a lot of problems with pushing too hard and getting pretty sick. I've beat up my immune system so that's something to consider-warm up to whatever you try. I've lost five pounds so far but still have a lot to go! Started alternating running and swimming with weight training, I like it so far.
I've been working out for 25 days straight (actually I skipped one day,
which would make it 26, but it's 25) and I've only lost 7lbs. I haven't
lost any weight in a week, and I'm feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Am I crazy? Please if someone knows any way that I can shred more
weight, or if you can give me some words of wisdom...all advice is
welcome. I'm eating the right foods, but I have a sweet almost daily (I
KNOW I need to cut that out), but I do work very hard in the gym,
sometimes twice a day. Anyone out there??
