Subject Description

Hi I just happened to come across daily burn a couple of days back.  Im so excited to have found something like this.  I am desperately trying to lose weight.  I weigh 82kgs and this is the heaviest I have ever been.  Sometimes I feel so demotivated I just want to give up.  I feel disgusted when I look at myself in the mirror.  I have so much to lose, I know that if I just stuck to eating right and working out the first few kgs would come off rapidly but I can never make it past the first day without falling off the wagon..help..please....

Start your weight loss journey with 8 glasses of water daily because it has no calories infact uses aroung 70 cal to be absorbed by body and it also keeps you full.

Willpower is learned. You have to take it one step at a time.

Start by making the simple commitment to record every single thing you eat on this site. Don't worry yourself over what choices you're making. Just write everything down.

Give it two or three weeks and then add something else like a short walk every day or reducing your sugar intake.

You've got a long way to go and there's no sense in rushing. Be patient with yourself and you'll see the results.

Oh, and when you look in the mirror, tell yourself that you're looking at a person who is strong enough to change what they don't like about themselves. If you need proof, look at the fact that you're here.

Thanx, that was so inspirational.  Its true I have a long way to go and I should be patient but I think its my lack thereof that kills me every time.  Though I am gonna try working on that and I am gonna start recording all that i eat.
