    <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi I just happened to come across daily burn a couple of days back. &amp;nbsp;Im so excited to have found something like this. &amp;nbsp;I am desperately trying to lose weight. &amp;nbsp;I weigh 82kgs and this is the heaviest I have ever been. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes I feel so demotivated I just want to give up. &amp;nbsp;I feel disgusted when I look at myself in the mirror. &amp;nbsp;I have so much to lose, I know that if I just stuck to eating right and working out the first few kgs would come off rapidly but I can never make it past the first day without falling off the wagon..help..please....&lt;/p&gt;</description>
