Tell me something healthy that you that you are proud of.
Today I threw away a half-full container of raw cookie dough. I bought it to make cookies during the blizzard (which I did), which were enjoyed, then I put the rest away. The cookie dough WENT BAD before I could eat any more cookies.
I know it is small but hey, I am thinking if I can loose 2lbs from Feb. 17th to Feb. 24th then maybe it isn't so bad after all. It went a lot faster for me at the beginning of the year though, before I signed up on here I had fallen off track, but before that I had lost 10lbs in 2 weeks! But now it is like it is creeping off!
I have lost 9 pounds since Monday!!! (Today is Sunday.) I have been doing the hcg diet and I'm SO proud of myself for staying on track and sticking to the right foods!
I started the couch to 5k beginner training. Day 1 I felt 1/2 in tall and 50 ft wide but this morning at 5am when i was running I felt 4ft tall. The running was easier, i had a better pace and felt like next time I will be able to push harder. AND I DID IT ALL BY MYSELF!! No buddy!!! My husband had to call me and ask me did you say you got up and ran this morning? I thought I was dreaming !!! YEAH!!!!! I gotta start somewhere. I might just do the off and on day running for the fist week add the gym next week. I don't want to over do it.
Stepping on the scale to see a nice 204 rather than the regular 230... This was a while ago, though. I played rugby up until recently- I messed my leg up and could barely walk down a flight of stairs for a while. I'm still healing, but I'm good enough to do elliptical machine workouts... No rugby for a looong time, until I'm certain Ive fully healed.
I'm back up to 226-228, and I'd like to get back down there again!

Cheers for all
I am glad to say that I lost 90 pounds in 13 months and I feel lighter than air. Good luck to everyone in their journey.
